You agree to provide a safe, accessible delivery site. Requirements include:

• Permission to place the sauna on the property (including HOA approval if needed)

• A clear zone around the sauna free of flammables and hazards

• Compliance with local rules, ordinances, and fire restrictions

If we cannot safely deliver or place the sauna due to site conditions, it may be treated as a cancellation/no-show.

8) Sauna Use Rules & Safety

You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by North Coast Sauna, including any posted rules. At a minimum:

• No use by anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs

• No burning materials other than approved firewood/starter materials

• No tampering with stove components or ventilation

• Keep children supervised at all times

• Keep towels/water available; hydrate and take cool-down breaks

• Stop immediately if dizziness, nausea, chest pain, or distress occurs

We may refuse service or end a rental if we believe conditions are unsafe.

9) Health Disclaimer (Not Medical Advice)

Sauna use involves heat exposure and may not be appropriate for everyone. Our content and guidance are for general informational purposes only and are not medical advice.

Consult a physician before sauna use if you are pregnant, have cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, respiratory issues, heat sensitivity, or any medical condition that may be affected by heat exposure.

10) Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

Sauna use involves inherent risks (including but not limited to dehydration, dizziness, fainting, burns, slips/falls, heat-related illness, and exacerbation of medical conditions). By booking and/or using the sauna, you voluntarily assume all risks of injury or loss arising from use or misuse of the sauna, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release North Coast Sauna and its owners, employees, and contractors from claims arising from use of the sauna and Services.

You are responsible for the sauna and related equipment during the rental period.

If you submit reviews, testimonials, photos, or other content, you grant North Coast Sauna a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and publish that content for marketing and business purposes. You represent you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate third-party rights.
